• Brush and floss before arriving — clean teeth whiten more evenly
• If you’re whitening for a special event (wedding, photos, vacation), schedule 7–10 days prior for optimal brightness and natural settling
• Arrive a few minutes early to relax and get comfortable

To protect your glow and extend results:
• Avoid coffee, wine, dark sodas, and staining foods for 24 hours after your session
• Stick to a “white diet” (water, chicken, rice, eggs, potatoes, yogurt)
• Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
• Brush gently and avoid abrasive toothpaste for 24 hours
• Use a straw for dark beverages when possible
